We are building a specialized installation team. Installers may focus on different stages of the process, including frame installation, door hanging, casing and trim, hardware, locks, adjustments, and final detailing. You do not need to specialize in every stage, but you must have professional door installation or finish carpentry experience. Experience with European-style interior door systems, concealed hinges, concealed frames, or high-end architectural doors is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Install wood door frames and jambs Hang, align, and adjust interior and entry door leaves Install casing, trim, hinges, locks, handles, and related hardware Complete assigned installation stages accurately and efficiently Read door schedules, plans, and manufacturer specifications Protect finished doors and surrounding surfaces Maintain consistent workmanship in a production-based environment Follow project safety rules and coordinate with the installation team

Requirements:

Professional door installation or finish carpentry experience Own professional tools Reliable personal transportation Legal authorization to work in the United States Basic English communication skills Ability to arrive at the Miami-Dade jobsite on time every workday Strong attention to alignment, clearances, hardware operation, and finish quality Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a structured installation team

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Eight-hour workdays Construction-site schedule Must report directly to the assigned Miami-Dade jobsite No relocation or transportation assistance provided

Compensation:
