Job Overview Marine Construction Carpenter March Marine Construction Riverview, Florida March Marine Construction is looking for an experienced Marine Construction Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. We perform residential, commercial, and federal marine construction work, and we need someone who takes pride in doing the job right, independently and from start to finish. Frame and deck docks and decks completely, start to finish Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate clearly with clients, crew, and management on jobsite needs and progress Maintain quality and safety standards across residential, commercial, and federal jobsites Requirements 4 Years of proven experience in marine/dock or deck construction framing and decking Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check (required for government work) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Strong work ethic and ability to manage on the job What We Offer $27-$30 per hour, based on experience 4-day work week 1 week paid vacation year 1, 2 weeks year 2 401(k) with company match after 1 year Profit Sharing after 1 year Steady work across residential, commercial, and federal projects If you're a skilled carpenter who knows marine construction and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
