Job Description

Location:
Venice, Englewood, Northport, Nokomis, Osprey, Sarasota (Relocation required before starting work, if applicable)
Work Location:
In person at residential properties.
Job Duties:
Cutting and Fitting:
Measure, cut, and fit different species of wood for walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and floor mouldings and decorative trim.
Installation:
Install decorative trim mouldings, tongue and groove, hardwoods, tile, stone and other finishes, ensuring precise fitting.
Finishing Touches:
Fill holes, sand surfaces, and caulk gaps for a smooth, polished appearance.
Painting:
Post-training, apply paint using sprayers for even coverage. Staining & Sealcoats Post

Quality Check:
Verify all components are straight, level, plumb, and corners are sharp.
Skills Needed:
Accuracy:
High precision in measurements and cuts.
Tool Handling:
Proficient with hand and power tools. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to identify and correct minor imperfections.
Safety:
Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents. Teamwork /
Communication Experience Required:
Finish Carpentry:
Minimum 4 years (Required).
