Joe's Finish Carpentry — Vero Beach to Sebastian We are looking for an experienced finish carpenter who takes pride in high-quality residential craftsmanship. Pay based on experience, skill and tools What You'll Be Doing Trim Carpentry Crown molding Baseboards Wainscoting Feature walls Shiplap & tongue-and-groove Door and window trim Custom trim details Specialty Finish Carpentry Hip ceilings Coffered and specialty ceilings Beams Built-up trim and architectural details Doors & Hardware Specialty door installation Mortise and jig Specialty door hardware installation Precise door adjustments and installation What We Need 5+ years of finish/trim carpentry experience Strong skills with trim, doors and detailed finish work Finish carpentry tools Good eye for detail Takes pride in clean, professional work Able to lead, work independently and as part of a small team Reliable transportation Drug-free workplace What We Offer Full-time position Consistent residential finish-carpentry work Opportunity to work on high-end custom projects Paid holidays after 6 months Small, professional team Drug-free workplace Pay based on experience, skill and tools If you are a finish carpenter — not a general handyman or framer — and you care about doing clean, precise work, we want to hear from you.
