Job Description

Riomar Country Club is a prestigious private club located in Vero Beach, Florida. The Club is well known for its top-rated golf course, high-end dining experiences, and social events. Our mission is to provide our members with the highest level of service and an exceptional experience every time they visit. Role Description As a member of our culinary team, the Line Cook will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. The Line Cook will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure that all food items meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Qualifications Culinary skills including cooking and food preparation techniques Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques Understanding of food safety and sanitation rules and regulations Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately and efficiently Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Culinary degree or certificate is a plus, but not required A variety of positions are available

•part time and seasonal full time. Flexible hours, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Pay:

$18.00

•$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0
