Pay Range $25 to $28 per hour Position Summary QLM is seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial Construction Carpenter to join our crew for major infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants and heavy industrial facilities. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on structural foundation work, massive concrete formwork, and heavy timber framing. If you have a solid work ethic, basic carpentry skills, and are ready to work in a heavy industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Requirements Skill Set:
Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge in rough carpentry, concrete formwork, or framing.
Environment:
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, around heavy machinery, and at elevated heights or in deep excavations (typical of water treatment plants).
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long hours, climb ladders/scaffolding, and perform strenuous physical labor.
Reliability:
Strong attendance record, a team-player attitude, and reliable transportation to the job site.
Credentials:
No specific certifications or precise years of experience are required; a willingness to learn and prioritize safety is most important.
