This role is highly hands-on and focuses on structural foundation work, massive concrete formwork, and heavy timber framing. Job Requirements Skill Set:

Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge in rough carpentry, concrete formwork, or framing.

Environment:

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, around heavy machinery, and at elevated heights or in deep excavations (typical of water treatment plants).

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long hours, climb ladders/scaffolding, and perform strenuous physical labor.

Reliability:

Strong attendance record, a team-player attitude, and reliable transportation to the job site.
