Carpenter Apprentice or Concrete Laborers needed Job Description As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will assist skilled carpenters with daily construction and carpentry tasks. You will measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under supervision, install basic structures such as framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures, and safely operate hand tools and power tools. Additionally, you will read and follow basic drawings, plans, or instructions, learn proper construction methods and techniques, maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, load, unload, and transport materials as needed, and support team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities Assist skilled carpenters with daily construction and carpentry tasks. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under supervision. Install basic structures such as framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Read and follow basic drawings, plans, or instructions. Learn proper construction methods and techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Load, unload, and transport materials as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Support team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Essential Skills Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge in construction, carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, and installation. Proficiency in using tape measures, hand tools, and caulking. Why Work Here?
