This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the owner and lead field execution on high-end residential projects where craftsmanship actually matters. The Role (Position Summary) We're hiring a Lead Carpenter / Lead Hand to serve as a working lead on custom residential builds. You'll be on the tools daily while also guiding the day-to-day flow of work—keeping the jobsite organized, supporting schedule, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring rough carpentry and finish carpentry are completed safely and to a high standard.
