In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and stability, and performing finishing tasks to achieve smooth, durable surfaces. Duties . Build, assemble, and install formwork using hand tools, power tools, metal studs, and other materials to shape concrete structures according to specifications. Perform rebar installation to reinforce concrete elements, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations. Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and cutting tools efficiently for pouring and finishing concrete surfaces. Finish concrete by smoothing, leveling, troweling, caulking, plastering, drywall installation, stucco application, and tile laying to achieve high-quality results. Conduct concrete pouring activities while managing heavy lifting tasks safely on construction sites. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering strictly to construction workplace safety regulations. Experience Proven experience working on construction projects as a concrete form carpenter or concrete finisher . Strong mechanical knowledge related to formwork construction, concrete mixing processes, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of rebar installation techniques, concrete cutting methods. Demonstrated commitment to construction site safety regulations and protocols with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely in diverse environments.
