Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality interior and exterior finishing work on residential projects, ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will help transform raw structures into beautifully finished spaces, providing clients with exceptional results and lasting value. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced carpenters passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and moldings with precision. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of finishing details. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Perform framing, siding installation, stucco application, caulking, and rebar installation as needed for various projects. Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and reinstallation of fixtures. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality standards. Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support efficient workflow on the construction site. Skills Extensive experience in residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, and siding installation. Proficiency in reading construction plans and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Strong knowledge of wood construction materials, woodworking techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of building codes related to finish carpentry. Ability to operate woodworking machines safely while adhering to power tool safety standards. Experience in restoration industry tasks such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, and fixture installation.
