Overview We are seeking a skilled Framer Carpenter to join our team, specializing in the installation of pole buildings. This role involves working on-site to construct and assemble structural frameworks, ensuring precise and efficient installation. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Duties Install pole building structures according to project specifications and blueprints Measure, cut, and assemble framing components with accuracy and attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during construction processes Ensure all framing work is level, plumb, and structurally sound Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed for each project Qualifications Proven experience as a Framer Carpenter or similar role, preferably with pole building installation experience Strong knowledge of framing techniques, tools, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license is required This position is ideal for individuals passionate about carpentry, construction, and building durable structures.
