Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. We are seeking motivated, dependable, and professional workers who take pride in their craftsmanship and consistently demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates should be well-organized, present themselves professionally, and have the ability to complete a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects, including drywall, tile, flooring, decks, siding, windows, and doors. We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their work from start to finish.
