Carpenter

We are looking for a dedicated, growth-oriented Carpenter to support our Lead Carpenters and Project Managers in delivering excellence on every job site. The Role This isn't just about swinging a hammer; it's about being the backbone of the job site. You will handle everything from finish carpentry and framing to site setup and dust protection. We value proactive team members who take initiative and take pride in maintaining a spotless workspace. What You'll Do •

Execute Carpentry Tasks:

Handle demo, light framing, window/door installation, siding, cabinetry, and final trim details. •

Site Management:

Set up professional dust protection, floor coverings, and temporary walls. Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe at all times. •

Support Production:

Assist the Project Manager with trade activity, pick up materials, and manage job site signage. •

Learn & Grow:

Actively seek out new techniques and understand the "why" behind our build processes to advance your career. What You Bring •

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years in construction. •

Skills:

Proficiency with basic tools (circular saw, reciprocating saw, drill, etc.) and a solid understanding of construction processes. •

Character:

Total honesty, common sense, and the ability to admit and learn from mistakes. •

Communication:

Excellent verbal English skills and a friendly, easy-going disposition. •

Requirements:
