Must be comfortable driving pickup truck with trailer. Requires basic tool knowledge and usage of power tools (Tools supplied by company) Must be able to work off Step ladders not afraid of heights. Must be able to trouble shoot on the go. Summary As an HVAC Screen Installer/Carpenter, you will contribute to building and maintaining efficient, weather-resistant installations for our projects. Reporting to the project supervisor, you will apply carpentry, measurement, and basic construction skills to install screens, framing, and related components while ensuring precise dimensions and high-quality finishes. Your role blends hands-on tradeswork with customer service and site safety, supporting project timelines and client satisfaction through reliable workmanship and proactive problem-solving. Embrace outdoor work, power tools, and collaborative teamwork to deliver durable, code-compliant results. Responsibilities Install HVAC components and related carpentry work, including mounting units, ductwork, and supporting structures with precision. Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools and power tools; manage tile masonry, plastering, drywall, and caulking as needed for seamless installations. Inspect and test systems for proper operation; troubleshoot issues and communicate repair needs to supervisors. Maintain jobsite safety, organize materials, and ensure clean, efficient work areas; interact with customers to address questions or concerns. Document progress and assist with basic construction management and material estimation when required.
