Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from metal framing, acoustical ceiling grid/tile, bathroom accessories and partitions and restoration projects. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, ensuring safety, quality, and precision on every project. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Perform framing carpentry, including metal stud framing, acoustical ceiling system, bathroom partitions and accessories, with precision and adherence to safety standards. Operate power tools and hand tools safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials while maintaining equipment in good condition. Assist in remodeling projects by restoring or updating existing structures while ensuring quality craftsmanship. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and perform basic math calculations for precise cuts and placements. Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret technical schematics and ensure project specifications are met efficiently.
