Previous night audit/ front desk experience is a plus but not a requirement. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional front desk service and assistance with reservations using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all transactions Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial reports, updating reservation records, and ensuring data accuracy across property management systems Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, delivering courteous and professional communication that enhances guest satisfaction Handle guest requests, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure positive guest relations Monitor hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures, including hotel emergency procedures, to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with familiarity using property management systems like OPERA or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and resort experience is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for night audit processes and financial reconciliation Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm Prior experience in hospitality reservation systems, hotel management, or property management systems (PMS) is advantageous Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences! $12.00 - $13.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
