Overview Are you currently working in construction but looking for a stable, long-term career? We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. In this W-2 position, you will perform a variety of home repairs and improvements for residential customers. We handle the scheduling, administrative work, and customer service so you can focus on what you do best: solving problems and working with your hands. With consistent year-round work, a stable Monday-through-Friday schedule, and absolutely no nights or weekends, you can finally build a career that respects your personal life. Compensation and Benefits We believe in clear, transparent pay based on your actual skill level. Your starting hourly rate is determined by your experience and capabilities, with clear pathways to earn more as you grow: Level I Craftsman ($25.00/hour): Skilled in general home maintenance, drywall repairs, painting, caulking, fencing repairs, and basic fixture replacement. Level II Craftsman ($27.00/hour): All Level I skills, plus finish carpentry, basic flooring installation, deck repairs, and light electrical/plumbing troubleshooting. Level III Craftsman ($30.00/hour): All Level II skills, plus multi-day project execution (like tile backsplash, door/window installations, and custom deck builds) with a verifiable portfolio. Level IV Craftsman ($35.00/hour): All Level III skills, plus advanced plumbing and electrical knowledge, kitchen/bathroom upgrades, and the ability to mentor and train other team members.
