Carpenter Job Description This position is available through the end of September, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role if you prove to be a great fit. The role involves building subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications while collaborating with lead carpenters and crew members to achieve daily goals. Responsibilities Build subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications. Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Measure, cut, and assemble framing components with precision. Work collaboratively with lead carpenters and crew members to meet daily goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Adapt to changing site conditions, including uneven terrain and variable weather. Follow established processes to ensure quality and reduce rework. Lift 50 lbs regularly. Essential Skills Construction experience, preferably in framing. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of construction experience, with framing experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
