Job Description
Job Summary We are a high end new construction general contracting team seeking a highly skilled and versatile member to join our custom home building construction team. We are currently seeking someone with extensive experience in framing. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in multi facets of carpentry to deliver top-quality craftsmanship on a wide range of projects. Your hands-on experience with blueprint reading, framing, siding, timber work, etc. will be essential in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow project execution Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, timber work, and finishing tasks with precision Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Install fixtures such as doors, cabinetry, siding, etc. Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work site; adhere to all safety standards and regulations Experience Proven hands-on experience in construction site environments Strong background in construction and blueprint reading for diverse project types Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques Experience with framing, siding, timber work and trim carpentry Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture mounting preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work Pay Pay is based on experience Join our tightly knit crew where your craftsmanship meets exciting opportunities!
