We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Carpenter's Helper to join our residential construction team. In this role, you will work directly alongside experienced carpenters on framing and roofing projects. You will handle materials, prep job sites, and assist with structural builds. This is a physical, fast-paced outdoor position. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic construction knowledge looking to build a long-term career in the trades.

Required Qualifications:

Comfortable at heights: Must be confident working on roofs and walking top plates.

Tool proficiency:

Basic experience and comfort operating common power tools (circular saws, nail guns, drills) Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to get to job sites on time.

Safety mindset:

Commitment to wearing PPE and following standard safety protocols.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 80.0 - 90.0 per week
