Perform general building carpentry and maintenance repairs for assigned equipment a facilities, to include basic carpentry, window and wall coverings, door access devices, furniture, and window glass and screens. Assist with snow and ice management. Must be available for early morning and weekend hours when snow or ice is forecasted.Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Experience in Carpentry and/or Maintenance and/or Mechanical Valid Driver's License Must be able to read, write, and understand written documents Physical ability to do the jobPreferred Qualifications:
Basic Office Experience - Word, Excel, and Outlook The ability to work to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of forces constantly to move objects 4 or more years of experience working as a carpenter in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting 4 or more years of experience in rough and finished carpentry Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in both rough and finished carpentry in both residential and commercial/industrial settings Knowledge of building and safety code requirements Understanding of methods and practices followed in maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipmentCompensation:
