Omaha, Nebraska Job Description Play a critical role as crew supervisor for a residential construction company . You will be setting overseeing a team of framing carpenters, install technicians, and other construction personnel. Operating necessary equipment and tools to complete assigned projects. Working and communicating with other crews to ensure schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities:

Construct forms for specific residential and commercial projects Discuss anticipated production sequences and potential construction problems. Provide input on improvement of work processes and workflow. Ensure performance of scheduled work. Properly maintains tools and utilizes appropriate safety guards .

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of recent general construction experience. Residential is a must Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures/specifications. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and piece tickets
