The Opportunity:

Home Access Carpenter/Handyman We're looking for a skilled and hands-on Home Access Carpenter/Handyman to support home modifications that improve safety and accessibility—think ramps, grab bars, stair glides, and more. You'll be on the frontlines, making real-life impact with every install.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential remodeling: ramps, railings, doorway widening, stair lifts, grab bars, etc. Read plans, ensure code compliance, and manage job timelines Plan materials and coordinate installations (with or without subcontractors) Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate job documentation Uphold safety, HIPAA, and compliance standards

What You Bring:

Experience in general construction or home remodeling Ability to plan jobs, read specs, and organize labor/materials Working knowledge of codes, permits, and basic drawings Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, using ladders, and working independently Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Bonus if you hold: OSHA 30, Lead Paint Cert, City Contractor License (Omaha, Bellevue, Council Bluffs) Why Numotion?
