Lead Carpenter, Project Manager, or Estimator Note:
Carpenters are expected to bring their own standard hand and power tools. Specialty tools required for specific projects are provided by Integrated Restoration. What We're Looking For 3+ years of carpentry experience (remodeling or restoration preferred) Skill in drywall, framing, trim, painting, and finish work Light mechanical skills: patch-back plumbing/electrical/HVAC is a plus Reliable and punctual — you show up when you say you will Willingness to take part in the on-call rotation for emergency tarp/board-up response Clean driving record and reliable transportation Someone who takes their time — but doesn't waste it Someone who cares more about doing it right than doing it fast If you're the kind of builder who finds satisfaction in precision and pride in a job well done — we'd love to meet you.
