We are expanding with a new, one-million-square-foot, 15-floor, state-of-the-art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions — including spine injuries, epileptic seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. As a Carpenter at Cleveland Clinic, you will play an essential role in creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and caregivers. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail help ensure our facilities remain functional, secure, and supportive of world-class patient care. In this role, you will respond to a variety of carpentry-related work orders and preventive maintenance tasks throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing fire doors, rolling doors, and other building components while helping ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. A caregiver in this position works 3rd shift 10:30pm-7am, Monday - Friday ( will start Monday night, end Saturday morning at 7am). A caregiver who excels in this role will: Construct, erect, install and repair building structures, cabinetry, doors and hardware, flooring, ceilings and walls. Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures. Install, maintain and repair casework, cabinets, countertops, floorings, walls, ceiling, masonry, d oors and door hardware. Perform structural remodeling, construction and demolition. Perform regular inspections and repair of fire and smoke doors. Work across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations as needed. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: A H igh S chool D iploma or GED 3 years of carpentry experience Can read and comprehend blueprints/AutoCAD and use of power tools Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Certificate of an approved carpentry apprenticeship program or trade schoo l

Pay Range Minimum hourly:
$25.13 Maximum hourly: $38.33 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
