  • Full-time, Contract Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Skilled Laborer/Carpenter and play a vital role in transforming blueprints into reality!
This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of construction and carpentry. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise construction tasks Frame walls, install siding, roofing, and perform metal stud framing with accuracy and efficiency Handle a variety of hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, moldings, and other interior or exterior components Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and plastering to ensure structural integrity Perform restoration tasks including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and general building repairs Assist with fabrication and assembly of components in manufacturing or onsite projects Follow safety protocols diligently while executing heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and site clean-up Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a solid understanding of safety procedures Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and other fabrication equipment Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, and flooring installation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills during remodeling or restoration projects Valid experience in siding installation, door hanging, fixture installation, or similar skilled tasks is preferred Prior experience in the restoration industry or water damage remediation is a plus Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and dedication.
