Work performed primarily consists of Residential remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, interior rooms, whole house remodeling, exteriors, and Addition projects. Prior employment/documented experience as a Carpenter or Apprentice is required and should be reflected in your resume. What we offer in return for your talent and dedication:
  • Competitive Compensation :
    based on experience, pay between $25
  • $38 including benefits compensation, base hourly compensation of $20
  • $29 an hour based on employed industry experience.

Physical Requirements:
Lift 80lbs on a regular basis as required, Use ladders and extension ladders, Work on heights and roofs when required up to 45 feet.
Tasks to be performed:
  • Leadership & Logistics :
    Provide onsite direction to carpenter apprentices. Communicate inventory, tool, and material needs clearly to the project manager. Set up and maintain clean, safe jobsites. Handle and organize materials.
Carpentry Tasks :
o Demolition, framing with wood or metal (of floors, walls, ceiling, & Roofs) o Firestopping, insulation o Drywall, drywall finishing, painting o Millwork, base, shoe, casing, interior doors, crown, cabinetry o Tile, tile showers, hard surface floor coverings o Entry doors, windows o Occasional siding and roofing with some additions & remodels. o Occasional excavation, concrete, and masonry with some additions & remodels o Basic plumbing and electrical skills needed to perform demolition tasks or minor finish tasks.
  • Equipment & Tools:
    Operate equipment and vehicles. Use of power tools, saws, pneumatic nailers. Driving trailers, dump trucks, equipment, forklifts, and similar large equipment Tips for Applying and standing out:

  • Include a brief cover letter about yourself, what your career goals are as a carpenter if you have any, what you enjoy about carpentry, any other relevant details about your experience and passions as a carpenter
