People Source OKC is Hiring - Concrete Tilt-Up Panel Carpenters (5 Openings)
We are looking for experienced concrete carpenters who understand forming, layout, rebar and embed placement, flatwork, and form stripping. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of continuing longer based on performance and project needs.
Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and set forms for concrete tilt-up panelsPerform layout and preparation for tilt-up panel constructionRead and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plansMeasure, cut, assemble, brace, and secure concrete formsPlace rebar and embeds according to project specificationsAssist with concrete placement and flatworkStrip forms after concrete has properly curedVerify measurements, elevations, and layouts for accuracyUse standard concrete carpentry hand and power toolsAssist with jobsite preparation and cleanupWork closely with the concrete crew to maintain production schedulesFollow all company and jobsite safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious concrete carpentry experience requiredTilt-up panel forming experience strongly preferredExperience with rebar and embed placementFlatwork experience requiredForm stripping experience requiredAbility to read blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans preferredMust have your own standard concrete carpentry toolsSpecialty tools will be providedAbility to perform physically demanding construction workDependable attendance and punctuality requiredMust be available to start September 29, 2026Important Note - Safety SensitiveThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).Individuals with a valid medical marijuana license may be disqualified from consideration.
