We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with skilled carpentry experience to install our products in customers' homes. Responsibilities Install plantation shutters in customers' homes. Assist in the shop when not installing. Skills & Qualifications Carpentry and workmanship skills. Experience safely using power tools and saws. Training will be provided, but basic knowledge is required. Comfortable with basic math and using a tape measure. Able to climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Friendly and professional when working with customers. Strong communication skills. Punctual and dependable. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable driving a large truck/box van. Requirements Valid driver's license. Must pass a background check.
