Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic and functional goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. Operate hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, trim carpentry, deck, additions and more Manage construction site activities by coordinating with team members and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. Utilize construction estimating techniques to assess material needs and project timelines. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Experience Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry, framing, or related trades. Familiarity with construction management principles including project planning and coordination. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating tools such as Bluebeam software. Skilled in the operation of power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques relevant to remodeling tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites involving electrical work, plumbing systems, welding processes, and heavy machinery operation. Requirements 4+ Year in General Construction or similar field Valid Drivers license Understanding of hand tools and power tools Following safety procedures and instructions
