In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your work will directly contribute to the creation of durable, high-quality buildings and renovations that stand the test of time. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, stucco, siding, and other building materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Erect metal buildings and frames, including metal stud framing and rebar installation for concrete structures Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar placement to create strong foundations and structural elements Execute roofing, siding, drywall installation, plastering, and trim carpentry tasks to enhance building aesthetics and functionality Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or performing site preparation Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret plans and ensure project specifications are met efficiently Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or related construction roles with a strong understanding of construction site operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential carpentry equipment Knowledge of dimensional measurements, framing techniques, drywall installation, stucco application, roofing systems, and masonry work Experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, welding, siding installation, remodeling or restoration projects is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required on-site Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in interpreting technical drawings and adjusting plans as needed Join us if you're ready to build exceptional structures with energy and precision! $27.43 - $33.03 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
