ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All phases of general residential carpentry, including roofing, decking, siding, framing, trim work, etc. Basic home maintenance and repairs
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five years' experience in the construction/building industryAbility to work from ladders, scaffolds, construction lifts Must have own tools Basic communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to work as a part of a teamAssertive but pleasant, helpful personality, positive attitudeAbility to read and interpret construction documents such as drawings and safety rules
Requirements:
Full time position - 4/5 days a week
Valid PA Driver's License Culture:
