Full-time | Travel within the service area required Build a Career in Restoration Keystone State Restoration is looking for a skilled, dependable Carpenter to join our growing restoration team. You'll work on residential and light commercial repair and reconstruction projects following water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We're open to candidates with strong general carpentry experience who are ready to apply their skills in the restoration industry. What You'll Do Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, drywall, trim, doors, cabinetry, and flooring Complete repairs and rebuilds on water, fire, mold, and storm-damaged properties Work from scopes of work, insurance estimates, and project plans Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Collaborate with project managers, estimators, mitigation technicians, and other trades Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and team members Document completed work with photos and job notes Travel throughout the service area, including Altoona and State College, as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience Strong experience in both rough and finish carpentry Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to read and follow scopes of work, plans, and project instructions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug screening Willingness to travel within the service area Nice to Have — Not Required Previous restoration or reconstruction experience Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm damage repairs Familiarity with insurance restoration work Experience working from insurance estimates and scopes of work Experience with residential or light commercial construction Compensation & Benefits $25+/hr based on experience Overtime and on-call pay, as applicable Healthcare reimbursement may be available if needed Company vehicle can be provided for required service-area travel Paid time off On-the-job training Opportunities for career growth Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
