Duties Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools Support framing, trim carpentry, siding, and door hanging tasks to ensure precise installation Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational structures Carry out heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, drywall, and fixtures safely and efficiently Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist accordingly Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs Requirements Prior experience on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and basic construction techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is advantageous Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, framing, roofing, or cabinetry is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols and quality standards Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is beneficial for job site mobility Join us if you're motivated to grow your skills in the construction industry!
