Heres an exciting opportunity for experienced Special Education Teachers eager to make a difference in elementary school classrooms (K-2). Two contract, full-time positions are available with an immediate start, extending through June 10, 2027. Working onsite, you will shape young minds in a structured, supportive environment from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree required; necessary to obtain an emergency teaching permit Active certification or licensure appropriate for caseload Proven mastery of special education subject matter, instructional skills, and relevant resources Experience in a school setting, preferably within urban environments Strong classroom and behavioral management skills Demonstrated ability to create lesson plans aligned with state and district standards, using differentiation and formative assessment Comfortable operating within district guidelines and location expectations Must have reliable transportation Completion of all PA clearances prior to the start date Flexibility to work the set hours without accommodation
