This is an opportunity that's ideal for carpenters who have experience in framing a deck and building small houses. We design and build custom tree houses for every client and will train the right candidate. Travel is a as part of this position.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled carpentry level work Ability to read and follow simple plans or layout Use power tools and hand tools to construct building components Work from ladders, scaffolding, etc. Work in a professional manner with client, vendor and fellow co-workers Perform other duties as instructed

Qualifications:

Experienced at framing a deck a must. Timber framing or sawmill framing experience a plus but not required. Knowledgeable using power tools, measuring devices, basic construction calculations and attention to detail Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality and professionalism Must be able to travel for weeks at a time (company provides hotel, per diem, and mileage reimbursement). Must have the ability to climb ladders, trees and lift to 150 lbs. Must have personal hand tools and cordless drill or impact driver, company provides the rest. Must have the ability to work in all weather conditions year-round. Must live within a reasonable distance to the West Chester PA area or be willing to relocate
