Job Description
Residential Carpenter, Deck Builder, Remodeling, Outdoor Living Space Construction and Crew Position We are a small residential and light commercial construction company that is growing and in immediate need of crew members to help us handle the growth, specifically with our carpentry and remodel crew. We have been in business for 26 years and have made a great name for ourselves in the community, which has led to our continued growth. We work in and around the Knoxville area. Applicants must have:
1) experience in remodel work, new residential construction (outdoor living, home additions, etc.) deck building, screened room building and/or general carpentry experience; 2) general knowledge of the trades; 3) a desire to learn and grow in skills and knowledge; 4) reliable transportation, valid driver's license and their own basic tools. All of our work is custom designed for each client and will vary from job to job. Our typical jobs fall into a few different categories...- Outdoor living space construction that can include decks, pergolas, arbors, low voltage lighting, minor electrical and plumbing for outdoor kitchens, etc.
- Remodel work that includes framing, carpentry, minor electric and plumbing, flooring, minor drywall work, trim work, hanging doors, setting vanities and cabinets, ability to demo and build back new.
- Commercial tenant improvement projects including interior renovation and finish.
