Job Description
Experienced Skilled Residential Carpenter-Driver The Opportunity Responsible for basic warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, and delivery of construction materials to job sites. In this construction role, you will work independently and complete a wide variety of construction tasks on our projects using your variety of skills and team player mindset while conforming to local building codes. Solving problems, technician working on small residential projects, repairs, and supporting remodeling projects. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Can diagnose, solve or repairs most issues around residential property. Communicate with customers on regular basis. Excellent client and company project communication at all stages of work, efficiently and effectively communicating with subcontractors, vendors or others as necessary. Complete punch-outs. Excellent and attitude and communication. Polite and courteous. Complete work unsupervised in an orderly and clean fashion. Furnish all hand tools and small power tools.
