M-H-Eades is looking for multiple carpenters and skilled tradesman. We are a moneta based construction company. We primarily do new construction homes and renovations. We are looking for self motivated employees that take pride in their work and have the drive to do their best day in and day out. We are looking for carpenters that can handle everything from concrete forming and prep to finish carpentry and everything in between. Must have their own hand tools and tool belt. All other tools will be provided to do their best job at hand. As a carpenter you will work on a crew with another carpenter and a lead carpenter which you will report to daily. The lead will be in charge and he will assist at the project at hand. Even if it's cleaning up the site. Not every project you do will be gravy. Some days will be easier then others but must be versatile on daily tasks. must have a positive attitude and be dependable. This could also be a carpenters helper position even if you don't have a lot of experience as long as you listen and are willing to learn this could be a good position as well Our hours are as followed. 7:30am to 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday. Overtime upon request but not mandatory. First break is 10am paid. Lunch 12pm 30 minutes unpaid. Second break 2:30 pm paid Position is paid upon experience and can be discussed at interview. If you think you may be a good fit please message me. We are drug and alcohol free onsite. There is no smoking inside the homes. Outside is fine. Just be respectful on the clients property. most work is on lakefront homes around the area
