293183279 Job Description WRK is a growing residential remodeling company in Kitsap County, steadily expanding its reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service. We are looking for a full-time, year-round carpenter who wants to be part of a strong, forward-moving team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Skilled carpenter, experienced in residential remodel. 3+ years of professional construction experience.
• Someone who needs fairly little supervision.
• Someone who has their own vehicle with a current driver's license and current insurance, as well as a clean driving record.
• One who has their own set of standard hand tools, and is highly skilled in using them and maintaining them.

Tools examples to include:

skill saw, drill, Sawzall, shop vac, hammer, tool bags etc.

• One who is quite able to work independently as well as with a team.
• A person who maintains honesty, integrity, is hardworking, dependable and reliable, and willing to take responsibility for workmanship.
• A skilled carpenter with proven ability to build, install, and repair structural woodwork, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, tiling, roofing, framing, siding, drywall, etc.
• One who can comprehend written specifications, plans, blueprints, and sketched drawings.
• One who can recognize, select, measure, and order lumber types & grades and other job-related materials.
• One who can perform heavy physical labor and can follow, as well as delegate oral and written instructions when needed.
