Job Description
Join the parking team for the MN Renaissance Festival! We're looking for reliable, friendly team members to help direct traffic and guide guests to parking. You may be assigned to either the Traffic Director or Parking Team role upon arrival — must be willing to work either role.
Job Type:
Temporary / Event-based (1099, hourly pay)
Pay:
$17.00/hour
Shift:
Saturday, September 19, 2026 — 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (8-hour shift)
Responsibilities:
Direct guests to available parking spaces Support smooth, safe traffic flow throughout the event Check in/out at Interstate's mobile office at the start and end of your shift
Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors in any weather (heat, cold, rain, or shine) Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods Flexible with shift end time (times may vary slightly) Bring your own water bottle
Dress Code:
Black or khaki pants Closed-toe shoes No sweatpants, tank tops, torn or loose-fitting clothing, low-cut shirts Safety vest and uniform shirt provided on-site
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
