Full Job Description Job Summary Concrete Crew Lead Pay:

$23-$25/hour based on experience

Schedule:

40 hours/week with overtime available

Health insurance and 401(k) available We are looking for an experienced Concrete Crew Lead to supervise a 2-3 person crew and keep concrete projects moving safely and efficiently. Requirements 5+ years of concrete/construction experience Experience forming walls and slabs and digging footings Proficient operating a skid steer and mini excavator Able to lead and motivate a small crew Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and ability to work independently The ideal candidate is a dependable, experienced concrete worker who can take charge of a crew, stay productive, and get the job done right.

Starting pay:
