JOB SUMMARY
Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors the work of employee and volunteer bell ringers ensuring ample staff to meet location needs; prepares records and reports regarding the same; drives Salvation Army vehicle to drive kettle workers to and from locations and/or pick up kettles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School or G.E.D. and one year experience working with kettle fund raising programs preferred. or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
