Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members. Administer medication reminders as prescribed and ensure proper medication management. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent situations with appropriate action, including first aid and CPR when necessary. Follow care plans and document care provided accurately to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Prior experience in caregiving or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards individuals of all backgrounds. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks with care and professionalism. Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting care activities.
