Responsibilities Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Assist with concrete pouring operations, ensuring proper placement and finishing of concrete surfaces. Construct and assemble formwork structures to shape concrete according to project specifications. Install rebar reinforcement within forms to provide structural support for concrete elements. Operate hand tools and equipment necessary for formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring tasks. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and handled. Skills Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and protocols consistently. Basic understanding of construction site operations, including concrete work processes. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail in tasks such as formwork setup and rebar placement.
