We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in concrete construction, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead concrete crews on all projects. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and ADA specifications. Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, equipment, and labor. Ensure all work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies. Train and mentor crew members as needed. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction, including supervisory experience. Knowledge of slabs, footings, sidewalks,all types of curbs, driveways, and flatwork. Ability to read blueprints and layout projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus.
