Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager (Concrete) position include: 8+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules, including pour sequencing and multi-scope coordination Supervise field operations to ensure structural concrete work aligns with engineering specifications and quality standards Direct site mobilizations, logistics plans, equipment allocation, and site access requirements Analyze and interpret architectural designs, structural engineering drawings, slab details, and reinforcing plans Oversee concrete placement, mix design verification, quality control testing, and curing methodologies Monitor project budgets, manage subcontractors and vendors, and minimize variances to protect profit margins Enforce OSHA compliance, corporate safety policies, and site-specific risk management plans
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
