Some work may be performed from scaffolding or swing-stage equipment. Responsibilities Concrete demolition, chipping, grinding, and surface preparation Concrete patching and restoration Formwork and general carpentry Waterproofing, caulking, and sealant work Stucco and exterior repair work Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow instructions from the superintendent and foreman Requirements Construction experience preferred, but we will consider dependable workers willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Reliable transportation Able to perform physically demanding construction work Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must follow company and jobsite safety requirements No college degree required. No resume required. Full-time positions available. Pay is based on experience and skill level.
