• Previous concrete experience is required
• Concrete finishing experience is required
• Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing using concrete mixers and operate power tools for various tasks such as cutting, finishing, and shaping concrete surfaces.

Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, scaffolding, and rebar installation according to blueprints and schematics. Pour concrete into forms accurately while ensuring proper placement and compaction to meet project specifications. Finish concrete surfaces with tools like trowels and floats, ensuring smoothness and adherence to quality standards. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for yourself and team members. Support other trades such as carpentry or masonry when necessary to ensure project continuity and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as masonry or carpentry. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete cutting or finishing techniques. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
