OMG Floor Coatings KY is looking for a sharp, reliable, hands-on person to join our installation team as an entry-level concrete coatings installer. We are looking for someone who can learn a process quickly, pay attention to details, take pride in clean work, and grow with a company that is building something long-term in Central Kentucky. Our company installs premium polyurea/polyaspartic flake floor systems for garages, patios, basements, pool decks, shops, and other concrete spaces. The work is physical, and outside, but it is also technical. A great installer will care about attention to detail, time management, and taking pride in their work on clients homes. This is a part-time 1099 position scheduled Tue, Wed, Thu of every week, with the potential to turn into a full time W-2 employee as company grows. You'll be assisting with the full installation process, including: Concrete floor prep, grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation Helping mix, move, and organize materials Assisting with coating installation, flake broadcast, scraping, vacuuming, and finish coats Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional Following the installation process step-by-step Working with the team to complete high-quality floor coating projects Learning how to do the job the right way from start to finish Requirements Reliable transportation is required to meeting location. Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in garages, basements, patios, shops, and
